Bankcard Empire Raided By The Fed
Last week Bankcard Empire was raided by federal authorities for allegedly running a get rich quick scheme....Big surprise!
If you had done any of your research on Bankcard Empire, you would have seen the countless consumer complaints both on the Better Business Bureau and RipOffReport.com. I reviewed them back in November 09', and hopefully you all listened to my advice.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are plenty more outfits just like Bankcard Empire that operate the same way, selling the same garbage to innocent merchants. Pay attention folks, do your research.

I complained to the BBB in February 2009, then received a threatening phone call from their their legal rep, she tried to talk me out of my complaint, and wanted me to send an email stating that I incorrect in my statements. I did not do so, then I received another call threatening me for defamation if I didn’t change my postings online, then a letter to that effect. I posted the truth, so defamation could not be pursued, but they did take 9 other posters to court. That case is no pending due to these new developments.

Jane… I am one of the 9 they took to court (our case has since been dismissed… however… the judge ordered attorney’s fees be paid by them and I doubt we will ever see that money)…. It was a long drawn out court case since October of 2009… and just recently since the raid… the court finally made their decision… It totally sucked… not only did they get me for the original amounts that i paid into it (approximately 2500), but another 2500 (estimate) in attorney’s/court costs when they took me to court … I know 4 of the 9 other people they took to court on the same court case… im so glad they were finally taken down and i went with a fight because i know it was worth it… though it costed me 2 years… and a whole bunch of stress…. now hopefully something will come out of this better in the later months…
