Overview:
According to their "About Us" page, ABC Global Systems (ABC) has been doing business since 1990, so they obviously have plenty of experience in the space. I couldn't find any reason why you shouldn't work with them, but they are missing quite a few things that could drastically help their rating.
For starters, I couldn't find any testimonials on their site. They can start there if they want to increase their score. In addition to the testimonials, I'd recommend that they create a Twitter or Facebook page, so they can connect directly with their merchants while offering them a public channel with which to express their opinions.
I tried clicking the online application link, but it was dead, so I'm not sure if it's secured or not.
That's about it. I'm going to give them a 4 out of 5 for now.

Thank you for the review. I tried to access the on-line application on 14.July.2010 and it is STILL dead!!! This CAN’T be a legit company…but why are there no negative reviews??

Lol! They really need to get that link fixed. I’m gonna try and contact them myself. I definitely do think that they’re legit, but apparently they don’t care too much about their website. And, there could be a couple reasons why they don’t have any negative reviews…(1) they’re a smaller company, so not that many merchants, (2) they’re actually a great company that keeps their merchants happy.
