Overview:
It definitely isn't the cheesy site design that attracts customers to ChargeToday.com, I'll tell you that much. Ok, ok, maybe I should cut 'em some slack, but the webmaster in me enjoys ragging on sites that look like they're still stuck in the 90's. Which is funny to me because ChargeToday started in 03'.

Putting the "less than adequate" site design aside for a few minutes, let's look at how these guys stack up in other areas.

They do have a BBB profile, which is great, so we know where to submit our complaints should they be necessary. Speaking of complaints, I was very impressed to see that there was only one post on RipOffReport, but disappointed when I didn't see a rebuttal from ChargeToday...tisk tisk.

I'm also pleased to say that ChargeToday's sales representative, responded to all of my merchant account related questions without hesitation. It seems that with the better ISO/MSPs, if you want to know whether they have a cancellation fee or not, all you have to do is ask. So, don't forget to do so.

I gave ChargeToday a 3.5 out of 5 irregardless of their site design, mainly because they're missing some good testimonials, and the fact that they don't offer seasonal downtime. However, they're obviously trying to run a legitimate business, and they're not afraid to tell you that they will charge you $495.00 if you break the 3-year contract term that you signed with them. In this industry, that says a lot.

I found one negative complaint (as of this review) on RipOffReport.com. ChargeToday didn't offer a rebuttal, and the complaint was made in 07', so I guess they don't think it's that important to respond.
