We were having issues getting set up with our new POS software for Mac (Lightspeed) and Authorize.net, and we couldn't have asked for quicker response time from the friendly staff at Gotmerchant.com. Even though the problem wasn't on their end, they helped us communicate the problem to Authorize.net and the situation was resolved very quickly. You can count on Curtis at Gotmerchant.com to give you lightning fast reponse time and very friendly advice. Thank you so much!

Had a very positive experience with Curtis. He always responded right away with an honest and up front answer. My business model was a better fit elsewhere, but I'd recommend anyone to give Gotmerchant their business. Well-earned reputation.

Curtis helped me understand the different pricing structures that available when shopping for credit and debit card processors. I would definitely recommend him if you want to know what you are paying for when it comes to your visa, mastercard and debit transactions.

I was shopping different rates for my company and got information about this company from this site. I am learning the wisdom of watching and checking rates and fees periodically. I will be reassessing my fees by the end of the summer. Your organization came highly rated. I appreciate the prompt responses and will seek a new quote if my rates are different this summer. Curtis Stevens was great and did a wonderful job getting information to me in a timely and transparent manner.

VERY happy that I can deal with the same person (Curtis) every time I have a question. I'm sure I have some pretty stupid questions, but having used two other providers I have learned to ask. My last few chats with Curtis dealt with changing over to iPhone processing. He was very helpful and I think we both learned something together, as this new technology comes at us so fast.

Curtis has been a consistent help to us! We were apprehensive about changing the merchant services on our account. Curtis made the move very easily. He explained everything in detail from the beginning. He has been there when I was panicked about operating our wireless machine and walked me through many questions and gave me answers. When he could not help, he referred me to Tech Support who were also very patient and helpful. Curtis is always answering my many questions, and is patient and kind. He ALWAYS gets back to me within hours and usually the same day. He offers assistance, tips and guidance. I hope all of your account management representatives are as patient and helpful as Curtis. I've owned/operated a few companies and have had to process credit cards for a few. Submitting requests for information and then being inundated with calls from pushy and uneducated (or worse, dishonest) sales reps is deflating. The description above is the exact opposite of Curtis from Gotmerchant.com. After reading the post above this one, I realized the time, effort, and energy he put into assisting me was not an anomaly, but the norm. Gotmerchant.com is truly what a credit card processing company should be: honest, informative, and helpful. I plan to own/operate a few more companies in my lifetime. Gotmerchant.com is the only merchant account provider I will ever speak with again!

Hi! I just wanted to leave comment about my brief experience with Curtis at gotmerchant.com. After reading the reviews and doing my own research, I definitely wanted to look into this company as one of the couple to give my company quotes. I've already done all this before, but my boss really thought we still had room to save. After Curtis looked at my statement - he confirmed that we are getting the best deal already possible thru our current merchant (who happens to be my boss's friend). He assured me that I was accurate in how I understood my statement and what I am paying for fees. He was able to confirm that our friend is indeed a friend and not pulling any strings on us. (We are on an interchange plus program). Curtis reassured me that I have already found the best rate for my company and now I know I really don't need to shop around. It's great to come across people/companies who are HONEST. The best business and personal relationships starts there. Even though I don't have a need to switch to gotmerchant.com, I wanted to be a testimonial to their integrity. He also gave me advice on how I may be able to decrease some cost by researching and working with our friend on how we can qualify for lower interchange rates when swiping/keying in. He gave me valuable information and his time, all while knowing that I wasn't going to be a future customer. That shows his character!
