They are not small business friendly! After closing our account with them in May they continued to debit our account and according to our contract we had a $0 termination fee. Well they have debited our account over $1,000 and won't even take the $200+ that should have come off this "other monthly fees should you terminate the contract" which we knew nothing about. After several phone calls & e-mails they would not consider lowering the amount by any dollar amount.<table class="ratings"><tr><td class="rating_label">User Rating</td><td class="rating_value">Not Rated</td></tr></table> We have been in business 42 years and I have never had to deal with a company like Imax Bancard!!!!
