Keystone Payments Review

Merchant Maverick's Rating: (3 out of 5)

Last Updated: April 11th, 2010.

Overview:
Keystone Payments has been around since 2005. They scored pretty low in my book, just because they miss the mark on quite a few of my review criteria.

It seems like they're pretty old school in the way they do business, but that's interesting because they've only been around since 2005. What I mean by "old school" is that they don't have much of the transparency and social media components in place that us spoiled merchants are getting used to. :)

I couldn't find any testimonials, I wasn't able to dig up a Facebook or Twitter profile, and I couldn't find a blog anywhere on their site. They don't have a BBB account, nor do they have a secured digital application either. It also took some digging on my part to figure out where exactly they're located as their full business address is not listed on www.keystonepayments.com.

All the above can be corrected pretty easily, and will up the Keystone Payments rating by quite a bit, but for now, it's 3 out of 5.
