		<description>I just tried to use paynet systems for a client and i ran the charge through the first time and it kicked me off the system. So i tried again and the same thing happened. The client ended up paying cash. The next day I get my batch saying it went through twice so I called customer service and they reversed the charges. I check my bank account and they had already deposited the money into my account minus the service fees of over $35.00. The next day they had taken out the money including the service fee. So now I am out $35.00. When I called, they told me the app was having issues and it&#039;s their fault but they will not refund my money to me. So, I am canceling my service with them and am expecting additional charges to do that. Needed to know if the funds were really going to be in my business account within 48 hours (at 47 hours-business hours) and no funds in my account. Processing with iphone and the receipt did not get to the recipient either! Just called customer service, got put on hold twice, and twice the line was disconnected.
