PPS mistakenly changed my merchant number with Discover. Consequently, the funds from my clients who used Discover were deposited into someone else's account. It is taking months to solve this. PPS is asking me for so much information and now I have to track down participants who attended a seminar 6 months ago in order to recharge their cards. The total is a paltry $115 and PPS is so cheap that they don't value my business enough (I have 2 merchant accounts with them for different businesses) to credit my account for this amount as a courtesy. I believe they should eat this since they made the mistake in the first place. I would not recommend them.

User Rating

Not Rated
