Overview:
Processing Point is more of a BSP (Business Service Provider) rather than just an MSP (Merchant Service Provider). They offer not only payment processing, but also payroll processing and business management solutions. We'll be focusing on their payment processing with this review.
They were founded in 2005, so they're relatively new, and don't have much trackable history online.
So far, they don't have any complaints that I could find, and the case studies they've posted show that they have at least a few happy customers. Btw, I'd like to add that I'm a big fan of these case studies. Testimonials are great, but if a merchant account provider can break down exactly how they helped a merchant, then that's much more valuable.
No contract terms or cancellation fee, so that's a huge plus, but as always, make sure that's stated in your merchant processing agreement. And, I definitely like that they offer interchange-plus pricing, and seasonal downtime.

They have a few case studies listed on their site, which gives me an idea. What if instead of testimonials, ISO/MSPs had case studies, full of actual savings, numbers, etc...? That would be nice.

I’m a small business owner for a Web Design Company and needed to find an easier way to allow clients to pay. Did some research and it seems like there are a lot of options out there. Lots of companies quoting you their cheapest rates just to get the business. Ultimately, I went with Processing Point, because they took the time to help me find the best rates for my business and continued to modify them as my company grew. They’ve been extremely reliable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed it and would certainly recommend them if you looking for a payment processor that reacts quickly to your company’s needs.

Our organization, UK2 Group, currently use a number of services provided by ProcessingPoint. For merchant processing, they are top notch – always available to work with us through whatever issues arrive. They constantly go out of their way to ensure we’re properly taken care of day and night. ProcessingPoint also offers a few other services that we’ve taken advantage of, and a few that we’re looking to implement soon.
We highly recommend them for merchant processing, no matter what size business.

Codero has used payment solutions from ProcessingPoint for 2 years. We have found their customer service to be outstanding, and the company as a whole has been very easy to work with. Equally as important, the set-up with our organization was simple, our ability to locate specific transactions is easy, the archived transaction review is manageable and we are pleased with the detail ProssessingPoint makes available to us in our batch activity. As a dedicated and managed hosting company, we had several demands that we needed ProcessingPoint to meet and would recommend ProcessingPoint as a reliable payment processor.
