We are really appreciative of your review, however, there are a couple things we would like to correct. --ProPay is actually a U.S. company with operations in Canada. --ProPay does operate propayments.com, propaymentnetwork.com, however, propaycartlite.com is a site operated by a partner. ProPay CartLite is a 3rd party shopping cart created by Hosted Concepts. ProPay Cartlite provides a very easy way for merchants needing a shopping cart to integrate with a ProPay Merchant Account.
