Not much to say here, so I'll let the numbers do the talking...

• Zero customer complaints on the BBB.
• Just one complaint on the World Wide Web.

They've only been around since 2004, so let's see how they do in years to come.

Love the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles, but don't like that the site is missing some good testimonials.

I understand why they'd have a contract term, and cancellation fee ($250), but when their competitor's are offering merchant accounts without a cancellation fee, I'd hope they jump on the bandwagon. Remember, don't be shy, negotiate with them. You might be able to get those terms waived.

A blog and some educational resources would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.

I give Trilogy Payment Solutions a 4 out of 5.

Negative Reviews:
Found just one negative review listed on Superpages.com. The complaint is actually directed toward's Trilogy's terminal company www.terminalshowroom.com.

Terminals almost always carry a "non-cancellable" clause for the entire term of the lease. That's how sales reps "lock-you-in." Just make sure you're aware of that before signing, so you don't get caught by surprise.
