Overview:
It looks like TriSource Solutions is keeping in line with their "satisfaction guaranteed" motto. They've only been around since 2005, but even then, their record is pretty clean. I don't think their issue is with their customer service though, but rather in their ability to instill trust in their website visitors.

The TriSourceSolutions.com site is missing a few obvious trust factors, that probably would have pushed them to a 4.5 had they been utilized. Those factors are; the "fully disclosed customer testimonial", a privacy policy, and finally, some sort of third-party security feature (i.e. McAfee, Verisign, etc...).

Testimonials should be standard procedure for everyone, and I mean...EVERYONE! When I see a testimonial with the merchant's full name and company, it gives me (the prospect) an opportunity to contact that person. It serves as a reference of sort which makes me feel like I can trust their opinion. If I don't see a fully disclosed testimonial, it makes me wonder what that ISO/MSP has to hide.

A privacy policy would also be nice, but not absolutely necessary. It's obvious that TriSource is a legitimate operation, and I personally wouldn't feel that uncomfortable giving them any of my data, but let's not forget that we're dealing with some sensitive stuff here people. A privacy policy and some third-party security reassurance can go a long way.

Adding some social media profiles (i.e. Facebook. Twitter etc...) wouldn't hurt either.

Trisource Solutions LLC used to be CentralBANCARD. They acquired the transaction processor Nobel Electronic Transfer LLC. a little while back, and rolled CentralBANCARD and Nobel into Trisource. If you look at their "about us" page you'll see all of their partnerships listed in detail. I personally like it when ISO/MSPs do that because it gives me the opportunity to do background checks on those partners as well.

They don't have any testimonials listed on the site. It would be nice to see some in the future.

Security/Privacy:
No third-party security features (i.e. McAfee, Verisign etc…) on the Trisource Solutions site. I couldn't find a privacy policy either.

Customer Service:
I contacted them through their site with a few "touchy" questions, like whether or not they have a cancellation fee and/or contract terms. Nobody returned my email. If you've had any experience with their customer service, please let us know in the comments.
