The volume goes crazy sometimes when I plug in the reader, and I believe my problems are connected to the jack.  Customer services do stink. So far, it&#039;s not working. 		<description>I have been ripped off enough. I am tired of the games. You will find me on all the complaint sites. All of you who take little transactions think your safe. In a few months you will know better. We who take single payments over a thousand know the truth. They are destroying people&#039;s lives and businesses everyday and they don&#039;t care one bit. The NO-CARD-PRESENT game is their money game. They have the money to use for investment in interest bearing vehicles. Without your knowledge. Making this securities fraud I believe. I have began a complaint and report with the U.S. Attorney General and will be talking with the California States Attorney General in person to explain the facts so as to overcome the clever deceptive wording used by Square. As long as we sit here and complain they couldn&#039;t care less. Try to call them and see. If you take large payments, you can just F-off. Go to other sites and see. This site may be supported by square and filled with plants who post love letters. I know many companies do this. Only 44 complaints at the BBB? There have been thousands on the internet in the last six months. Why the difference? Try to get the required field information for the BBB complaint form. Square is good at hiding that information. Have an address or even zip code? Then you worked at it. 		<description>I won&#039;t bore anyone with ALL of the problems I have had with Prodigy.  Many have already been covered.

The latest is getting a refund on an over charge of $37.23.  I did a buyout because I closed my store and they put thru the fee after the fact.  So, I called and requested a refund in October.  They have given me every excuse as to why I haven&#039;t received the refund.  Last refund took about 18 months.

You can HAGGLE A LOWER BUYOUT FIGURE than the actual cost.  If you have the cash, it  is worth the expense.

I just want to warn anyone considering Prodigy to stay as far away as they can...

I agreed to sign on and get started asap.  That was a month ago.  Since then I have sent in my application, but was told I had missing information.   My emails to resolve this were finally answered, but my specific questions asking for help were entirely ignored.  In fact, the email read like a text message.  The rep didn&#039;t even bother to use vowels:

Now our customers have called us and complained that the company has double charged them.  And as if that is not bad enough they have not been depositing our credit card charges in our account. This has been going on since November of 2011.  We need help to track this company down.  If anyone has a number where we can talk to a person please email us. --Pivotal Payment (Charge National)

I signed a contract with Pivotal Payment (Charge National) in 2011, and based on what the sales rep.[edited: name removed] told me, I can cancel the 5-year agreement without any penalty if I close down my business.

During the service, the terminal Hypercom Optimum T4210 I bought from Pivotal is just a garbage, it broken twice within 3 months, one in Nov 2011, and another one in Jan 2012. Except trying to fix the problem for me via the phone or online, the technician at Pivotal always said that as followings:

“Sorry, this is first time we meet this problem and the only way to fix it is to send you a new terminal, but you have to pay the shipping cost which will be $50 for express shipping and $30 for ground shipping.” 

I had no choice to accept the suggestion. 

Usually it is at least 20 min waiting while phoning Pivotal help line 1-866-557-5553, also Pivotal does not have their own credit card process ability which is processed by Elavon. As a result, there is always problem to do settlement which either Credit Card or Debt Card settlement will be failed at least once.
