      You’ll want to reach out to Square directly to get support, as it’s unlikely they’ll see your request here. (According to Google) It looks like their support number may be 1 (855) 700-6000.         I made a transaction that was sent to a closed account instead of the account that pulls up on my reader account. How do I get that money sent to the right account?

            I have emailed square several times in since Aug 31 , call reached out to coustomer support and have never got any reply at all. A deposit was to be made on Aug 30,2021 and I have yet to receive it or a response to my question as of why. Get a stupid recording when I call with the little code number. I find this very aggravating that I have to go through all this because ya deactivated my account in March 2,2021!!
            Thank you, hopefully ya will at least answer me since no one else will.

              Hi Lori,

              If your account was closed and you’re waiting on the final deposit after the 6 month holding period, you need to file a complaint. You’re not going to get a live person, and if email isn’t working, the next level is escalating to public complaint channels, like BBB and Trustpilot, unfortunately. Be sure you can back up what you’re saying with receipts/emails to give your claim credibility, and you have a better chance of getting the right eyes on your complaint. You may also want to log in and verify that your banking info hasn’t changed since the account termination. You should be able to see that info still. I’m sorry we don’t have a more favorable response, but hopefully, the information we’ve provided can help you gain some traction. Best of luck to you!!
