Many of the negative reviews are regarding the company’s banking products and revolve around reports of unexplained account closures, issues with payment refunds, and poor customer support.

Because U.S. Bank’s Commercial Rewards Card is still newer, finding any reviews specific to this corporate card is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Generally, I wouldn’t be too alarmed about this and would often give a company a bit of a grace period for not having reviews of newer products; however, the sheer number of negative reviews of the company as a whole and the almost entire lack of any positive customer reviews don’t give much confidence in U.S. Bank as a whole.

U.S. Bank does not provide information on its data storage or security practices.
