I like your insight on credit card fees. Is there any statistics showing the % of vendors who are overpaying these fees? Most vendors sign contracts and never look at them again for they are busy running their day to day businesses. I would think there is a large percentage who do overpay. Is there any statistics backing this up?

      Hi George,

Great question! Though, as you’ve pointed out, it’s difficult to obtain accurate data, since most merchants that are overpaying don’t realize they are. Unfortunately we don’t have any statistics or knowledge of any published peer-reviewed studies, but based on our own experience with merchants and statements, it’s a lot!
